Store Director / Assistant Store Director

    Main Responsibilities:
  • Reporting to the Regional Director, to manage a team of 400 managers and staff that consist of sales, commercial and various service personnels
  • Ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency of the store management
  • Train and develop a strong and cohesive organization that is committed to quality of product, facilities and services and to achieve targets
  • Execute national sales, marketing and promotional plans
  • To plan and control inventories and draft budgets of the entire hypermarket
    Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in any discipline
  • More than 8 years experience in similar positions in a high-volume retail environment
  • Strong leadership attributes, a good role model
  • Strong financial knowledge, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets and profits
  • Dedicated to customer satisfaction and staff career developments
