
Store Director / Assistant Store Director
Main Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Regional Director, to manage a team of 400 managers and staff that consist of sales, commercial and various service personnels
- Ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency of the store management
- Train and develop a strong and cohesive organization that is committed to quality of product, facilities and services and to achieve targets
- Execute national sales, marketing and promotional plans
- To plan and control inventories and draft budgets of the entire hypermarket
Requirements:
- Degree
or Diploma in any discipline
- More than 8 years experience in similar positions in a high-volume retail environment
- Strong leadership attributes, a good role model
- Strong financial knowledge, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets and profits
- Dedicated to customer satisfaction and staff career developments
