Security Manager

    Main Responsibilities:
  • Reporting to the Store Director and a member of the Store Committee, to manage a dedicated and efficient security team
  • Ensure the safety and security of company’s assets, staff and customers are well taken care of according to the guidelines and procedures set by the company
  • Train his/her team to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity
  • Train staff in Hypermarket in safety measures and procedures according to the guidelines set by the company
  • Develop a Customer-First mindset in his / her team
    Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in related discipline
  • More than 3 years experience in similar positions in a high-volume retail environment
  • Strong leadership attributes, a good role model
  • Able to plan his/her team well to support daily business needs
  • Dedicated to customer satisfaction and staff career development
