Organisation and System Manager

    Main Responsibilities:
  • Reporting to the Store Director and a member of the Store Committee, to ensure supply chain procedures are adhered to
  • Provide training to assigned personnel
  • Manage commercial ordering for the hypermarket
  • Ensure price accuracy of the items at the sales floor
  • Manage inventory procedures
    Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in related discipline
  • More than 3 years experience in similar positions in a high-volume retail environment
  • Strong leadership attributes, a good role model
  • Able to plan his/her team well to support daily business needs
  • Dedicated to customer satisfaction and staff career development
