
Organisation and System Manager
Main Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Store Director and a member of the Store Committee, to ensure supply chain procedures are adhered to
- Provide training to assigned personnel
- Manage commercial ordering for the hypermarket
- Ensure price accuracy of the items at the sales floor
- Manage inventory procedures
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in related discipline
- More than 3 years experience in similar positions in a high-volume retail environment
- Strong leadership attributes, a good role model
- Able to plan his/her team well to support daily business needs
- Dedicated to customer satisfaction and staff career development
