Fresh Hygiene Manager

    Main Responsibilities:
  • Reporting to the Store Director, responsible for planning and monitoring of all activities to improve Fresh Food
  • Able to coordinate with Buyers/Suppliers to ensure timely delivery and proper pricing
  • To train relevant staff on hygiene matters and ensure they are put into practice
  • Advise the Store Director on various matters concerning hygiene and proper actions that need to be taken
    Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Food Science or Food Technology subject
  • More than 2 years similar positions in a large FMCG organisation
  • Meticulous, result-oriented, customer-focused with commitment to excellence
  • Good interpersonal skill, fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Experience in conducting training in the related subject
