
Fresh Hygiene Manager
Main Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Store Director, responsible for planning and monitoring of all activities to improve Fresh Food
- Able to coordinate with Buyers/Suppliers to ensure timely delivery and proper pricing
- To train relevant staff on hygiene matters and ensure they are put into practice
- Advise the Store Director on various matters concerning hygiene and proper actions that need to be taken
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Food Science or Food Technology subject
- More than 2 years similar positions in a large FMCG organisation
- Meticulous, result-oriented, customer-focused with commitment to excellence
- Good interpersonal skill, fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Experience in conducting training in the related subject
