
Call Center Assistant
Main Responsibilities:
- SPM & Above
- Able to conserve fluently in both English Language & Bahasa Malaysia
- Willing to work on shift, weekends and public holidays
Requirements:
- Attending to incoming call responding to customers’ inquiries or requests in a professional and prompt manner.
- To follow up with respective stores on proposed solution for customers complaints or enquiries and proceed with the recovery process to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain and manage database of prospective customers, including follow-up activity
