Call Center Assistant

    Main Responsibilities:
  • SPM & Above
  • Able to conserve fluently in both English Language & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Willing to work on shift, weekends and public holidays
    Requirements:
  • Attending to incoming call responding to customers’ inquiries or requests in a professional and prompt manner.
  • To follow up with respective stores on proposed solution for customers complaints or enquiries and proceed with the recovery process to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain and manage database of prospective customers, including follow-up activity
