
Human Resource Executive
Requirement
- Degree in Human Resource Management or any related field
- Minimum (1) one year of experience in similar capacity
- Excellent communication skills in English And Bahasa Melayu
- Sound knowledge of the Labour Laws, Industrial Relations Act and prevailing HR practices and legislation will be an added advantage
- Independent and willing to work under minimum supervision
Job Description
- To coordinate activities promoting employee - employer relationship.
- Handle disciplinary issues and conduct inquiry in the event any employees violate company rules and regulations.
- Manage grievances or complaint from employees.
- Liaise with government agencies on statutory requirements
- To support the ER manager in all employee relations and industrial relation activities
