Human Resource Executive

    Requirement
  • Degree in Human Resource Management or any related field 
  • Minimum (1) one year of experience in similar capacity
  • Excellent communication skills in English And Bahasa Melayu
  • Sound knowledge of the Labour Laws, Industrial Relations Act and prevailing HR practices and legislation will be an added advantage
  • Independent and willing to work under minimum supervision

    Job Description
  • To coordinate activities promoting employee - employer relationship.
  • Handle disciplinary issues and conduct inquiry in the event any employees violate company rules and regulations.
  • Manage grievances or complaint from employees.
  • Liaise with government agencies on statutory requirements
  • To support the ER manager in all employee relations and industrial relation activities
