
Department Manager
Main Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Division Manager, to manage a team of Team Leaders and clerical staff
- Ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency of the department
- Train and develop a strong and cohesive organization that is committed to quality of products, facilities and services and to achieve targets
- Execute national sales, marketing and promotional plans
- To plan and control inventories and draft budgets of the entire hypermarket
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in related discipline
- More than 3 years experience in similar position in a high-volume retail environment
- Strong leadership attributes, a good role model
- Strong financial knowledge, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets and profits
- Dedicated to customer satisfaction and staff career development
