Department Manager

    Main Responsibilities:
  • Reporting to the Division Manager, to manage a team of Team Leaders and clerical staff
  • Ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency of the department
  • Train and develop a strong and cohesive organization that is committed to quality of products, facilities and services and to achieve targets
  • Execute national sales, marketing and promotional plans
  • To plan and control inventories and draft budgets of the entire hypermarket
    Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in related discipline
  • More than 3 years experience in similar position in a high-volume retail environment
  • Strong leadership attributes, a good role model
  • Strong financial knowledge, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets and profits
  • Dedicated to customer satisfaction and staff career development
