
Maintenance Manager
Main Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Store Director and a member of the Store Committee, to manage a dedicated and efficient maintenance team
- Ensure all equipment and machineries are well maintained and taken care of according to the guidelines and procedures set by the company
- Train his/her team to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in related discipline and posses HT Chargeman Certificate issue by TNB
- More than 5 years experience in shopping complex or other related industries
- Knowledge in building maintenance preferred
- Able to plan his/her team well to support daily business needs
- Dedicated to customer satisfaction and staff career development.
