Maintenance Manager

    Main Responsibilities:
  • Reporting to the Store Director and a member of the Store Committee, to manage a dedicated and efficient maintenance team
  • Ensure all equipment and machineries are well maintained and taken care of according to the guidelines and procedures set by the company
  • Train his/her team to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity
    Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in related discipline and posses HT Chargeman Certificate issue by TNB
  • More than 5 years experience in shopping complex or other related industries
  • Knowledge in building maintenance preferred
  • Able to plan his/her team well to support daily business needs
  • Dedicated to customer satisfaction and staff career development.
