Cashier Manager

    Main Responsibilities:
  • Reporting to the Store Director and a member of the Store Committee, to manage the cashier area
  • To maintain and ensure good housekeeping of the cashier area
  • Ensure all transactions are processed according to the requirement and standard set by the company
  • Train and develop his/her team to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity
  • To ensure his/her team provide good friendly services to customers
    Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in related discipline
  • More than 3 years experience in similar positions in a high-volume retail environment
  • Strong leadership attributes, a good role model
  • Able to plan his/her team well to support daily business needs
  • Dedicated to customer satisfaction and staff career development
