
Cashier Manager
Main Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Store Director and a member of the Store Committee, to manage the cashier area
- To maintain and ensure good housekeeping of the cashier area
- Ensure all transactions are processed according to the requirement and standard set by the company
- Train and develop his/her team to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity
- To ensure his/her team provide good friendly services to customers
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in related discipline
- More than 3 years experience in similar positions in a high-volume retail environment
- Strong leadership attributes, a good role model
- Able to plan his/her team well to support daily business needs
- Dedicated to customer satisfaction and staff career development
